AmCham Member FINCA Armenia will issue and place nominal coupon bonds on November 16-18 on Armenia Securities Exchange with the following offer:

Nominal coupon bonds in AMD
Face value – AMD 10,000
Total volume – AMD 1,000,000,000
Maturity – 24 months
Coupon rate – 13%
Coupon payment frequency – quarterly

Nominal coupon bonds in USD
Face value – USD 25
Total volume – USD 1,000,000
Maturity – 24 months
Coupon rate – 7.5%
Coupon payment frequency – quarterly

The underwriter of the placement is AraratBank OJSC.
You can acquire the bonds by applying through one of the member companies of the Armenia Securities Exchange, the list of which is available on their website. Corporate coupon bonds are exempt from 10% income tax.
