AREGAK Universal Credit Organization CJSC

AREGAK UCO was established in the Republic of Armenia as a closed joint stock company in 2006. The activities of the Company are regulated by the Central Bank of the RA. AREGAK is wholly-owned by UMCOR Armenia Foundation and ultimately controlled by the United Methodist Committee on Relief of the General Board of Global Ministers of the United Methodist Church (UMCOR). As of 1 December 2015 UMCOR made 100% share transfer, subject to no consideration,
to UMCOR Armenia Foundation.

AREGAK is the only credit organization to have a country-wide branch network providing all type loans throughout the Republics of Armenia and Nagorno-Karabakh.

The mission of “AREGAK” UCO is to support the economic empowerment and improvement of living standards of low income families, small- and medium-size entrepreneurs through provision of high quality, accessible and sustainable financial services.
