“A-N Audit” CJSC was formed in 2004 and provides industry-focused assurance, tax, advisory and accounting services to build public trust and enhance value for clients and their stakeholders. The staff comprises more than 20 highly qualified specialists of which 6 are certified auditors and several employees hold certificates of chief accountant issued by the Ministry of Finance and the Central Bank of Armenia. The Company is committed to render high quality professional services to a range of leading, medium and small-sized companies.

Starting from 2015, “A-N Audit” CJSC is a member of Nexia International (Nexia). The Company has set-up quality control environment, which is based on own Internal control policy and the Code of Conduct widely applied by employees. A-N Audit CJSC has undergone a quality monitoring process organized by Armenian Association of Accountant and Auditors and performed by an independent expert auditor from abroad in October 2013 and as a result, positive feedback was granted to the company (only 7 out of 33 audit companies operating at that time got such accreditation). Afterwards, being a member of Nexia International, A-N Audit CJSC regularly undergoes external quality control review by Nexia, and the last one was conducted in December 2018.
