On 16 June 2022, the AmCham Board of Directors and the executive team held a meeting with Ms. Tajma Rahimic and Ms. Nicolette Mena, the representatives of the U.S. Commercial Law Development Program (CLDP).
As a follow-up to CLDP representatives meeting with AmCham on March 30th, CLDP experts are aiming to conduct an assessment on public-private needs for digitalization, 5G/data privacy/network resilience, and cyber issues in Armenia to determine the best approach to technical assistance.
Established in 1992, CLDP is a division of the U.S. Department of Commerce that helps achieve U.S. foreign policy goals through commercial legal reforms. CLDP draws upon experts from both the public and private sectors to deliver results that make meaningful and lasting changes to the legal and business environment of host countries.
