On 6 December 2022 as a part of its advocacy activity, AmCham Legal Committee and Labor Working Group representatives had a meeting with Mr. Jora Sargsyan, Head of Labor and Employment Department at the Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs of the RA. The discussion was held on the Labor Code Amendments Draft on which AmCham provided its suggestions beforehand.
