Matena International School of Leadership and Professional Development

Matena has already started to cooperate with 6 out of 20 best business schools in the world in executive education, according to the Financial Times rankings.

Matena has completed a joint executive program with ESMT Berlin (Top 1 in Germany), has designed a new program with HEC Montreal (Top 3 in Canada), has also completed a joint module in Yerevan with Stockholm School of Economics.
In cooperation with the Negotiation Task Force (NTF) of the Davis Center for Russian and Eurasian Studies at Harvard University, Matena has also launched and successfully completed the 1st cohort of an executive program with the aim of enhancing the negotiation and dealmaking skills of the top-level executives.
Apart from the partnership programs, Matena has already completed 3 cohorts for the 2 successful Matena-only programs – “Leading People and Teams” and “Strategic Planning and Business Development”.

Matena has also founded with its partners a center for digital transformation – Matena ICDT, which aims at sharing the best world experience of digital transformation in Armenia. Matena ICDT has already completed its first corporate program for one of the leading commercial banks in Armenia and is planning to have an open program on digital transformation in Autumn 2023.

One of the unique benefits provided to the alumni of Matena programs is membership to the Matena Alumni Club, which already has 200+ members, which are executives and leaders from various fields and companies, including a number of international participants. Matena Alumni Club regularly organizes business and social networking events for its members.
