become a member of the Chamber if it meets one or more of the following criteria;

  • has an American investor among its participants or shareholders, and/or
  • has business interests in the United States, and/or
  • has U.S. citizens in its management bodies, and/or
  • supplies goods or services to the U.S. market, and/or
  • represents American investments in the Republic of Armenia, and/or
  • belongs to a group operating, listed, or established in the United States.
